Abstract

The paper deals with the total balance of the building of the church in Veliš, written by its creator, officer Karel Říha in 1757. It presents the broader circumstances of the origination of the source and focuses on the personality of Karel Říha and his private, public and professional life in the service of the Bohemian noble family Schlik.
